Payment Policy: All prices are in USD. We can accept visa and mastercard through our secure checkout and we can accept money orders via snail mail. If money order is used, your item will be shipped when payment has cleared.
If you wish to pay directly from your bank account, and you have a Paypal account, you can send money to wenlyn2005@netscape.net with a note stating your name, shipping address, phone number and the items you wish to purchase. Your order will be processed as soon as payment clears. It would be advisable to call us at 403 329 4298 and confirm if this method is used.

Taxes:
Canadian Residents will have to pay 5% GST when you receive the item. Otherwise no taxes are applied when we ship out of the USA. If your item is shipped from Ontario, the Ontario tax may apply to Ontario residents. California residents may be charged the California state tax on our Solar items only.
Shipping and Return Policies:
Shipping Terms: Orders to Canada and continental US ships Canada Post or USPS or UPS Ground. We will ship internationally. Buyer pays Shipping cost. International orders require higher shipping fees, up to twice the US fee in the Hawaii, Alaska, UK, Europe and Asia. Please email us for shipping fees for those locations.
Most products are assembled after an order is received so expect delivery from three to five weeks (unless notified otherwise) of order confirmation, depending on product and time of year. Please ask for expected delivery time for your order.
Customer Service Policy: Complete satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. Return for full refund if not satisfied. Shipping not refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Products that have been altered or damaged in any way are not refundable.
